CNC Milling
With a comprehensive range of both horizontal and vertical state of the art machining centres we have the capacity to process small or large components and components. We offer a fully flexible service adapting our work patterns to meet our customers delivery schedules.
Fabrication/Welding
Machtechs highly skilled fabrication team have years of experiance in the fabrication and welding of trench support systems for companies worldwide. We have extensive knowledge of heavy steel fabrications and the successful delivery of countless projects up to 50 tonnes.
Assembly
Our dedicated team of fitters compliment our manufacturing facility. We specialise in the building and testing of hydraulic rams and pump assemblies along with a wide range of other projects from a wide range of industries.
Complete Supply
Although we manufacture individual component parts to customers drawing requirements we specialise in offering a complete supply service. From the sourcing of materials, fabrication, machining and many different forms of metal finishing through to final assembly we can turn your project into the finished article ready for use.
CNC Turning
The ability to complete large turned components to tight tolerances within our own plant enables us to provide a cost effective service, this allows us to meet the specifications and scheduals required by our customers.
Conventional Machining
In addition to our CNC machine tools Machtech runs a comprehensive conventional machine shop, our dedicated highly skilled engineers specialise in the precision machining of one offs and small batch production. This provides our customers instant quick turn around service, be it on a repair basis or prototyping.
Manhole Brace Frames
Our Standard range of manhole brace assemblies range from 2 meters up to 7 meters and are fully interchangeable. The integeral double acting Hydraulic cylinders are energised by our own branded biodegradable hydraulic shoring fluid. We also provide a lighter duty single acting frame as well as the smaller mini brace which has proved popular with utilities companies.
Shoring Pumps
We stock Single and Double acting hand pump which are used to activate the hydraulics on both the Manhole Brace and Waling Rail assemblies. These pumps have stood the test of time and have been used successfully within the industry for many years. We can also provide motorised hydraulic powerpacks for the bigger applications on request.
Manhole Shutters
We stock a full range of the standard steel manhole shutters in both the 1800 size and 900 size range. We also manufacture a more rigid 9 sided shutter assembly that is popular for contractors looking for a product more substantial giving a longer product utility.
Trench Sheet Re-rolling
For many years Machtech have manufactured and supplied Trench Sheet Re rolling Machines Worldwide. Our machines can be built as a self contained unit that can be positioned very easily into a depot or building and with a plug in power supply will be ready to turn scrap trench sheets into usable product. The savings speak for themselves as the machines straighten and reform many different types of sheets. Alternatively we can now offer a re rolling service in house as we are running one of our machines capable of reforming the Standard lap, KD4 and KD6 type sheets.
Waler Rail Systems
Machtech can provide from stock a wide range of waler support systems be it our standard range or a specifically designed system to your specification. In both aluminium or steel. To support our wide range of shoring products Machtech also provides a one stop shop for all the additional products required to service the shoring industry.
